ODBC missing in Control Panel/Admin Tools?

1st Method
1. Start > Run > regedit
2. HKCU>Control Panel >don't load
3. Delete odbccp32.cpl
4. Data Sources appears in Control Panel/Admin Tools

2nd Method
1. Start > Run >
2. Type odbccp32.cpl and Enter

Unlock registry edit from SOE group policy settings

1. Start > Run > gpedit.msc
2. User Configuration > right click > Add/Remove Templates
3. Add “system.adm”
4. User Configuration > Administrative Templates > System
5. Change “Prevent access to registry editing tools” to “Not Configured”
