Command Prompt is disabled

1) gpedit.msc

2) right click Admistrative templates under user configuration

3) add template "system"

4) click on system under Admistrative templates

5) set prevent access to the command prompt to "not configured"

Registry Editor is disabled

1) gpedit.msc

2) right click Admistrative templates under user configuration

3) add template "system"

4) click on system under Admistrative templates

5) set prevent access to registry editing tools to "not configured"

Security Settings in Internet Explorer is greyed out (Enable)

1) Run gpedit.msc

2) User configuration\Windows settings\Internet Explorer maintenance\security zones and content ratings

3) Choose "Import the current security zones and privacy settings" and modify the settings

4) Then from command prompt run gpupdate
